What's included in the price of a custom patch?
Everything except the patches themselves. The per-patch price already covers the AI design tool with unlimited iterations, artwork and digitizing, a free expert human review, a real stitched pre-production sample photographed for your approval, two rounds of revisions, up to 9 thread colours, a custom die-cut shape, and free worldwide shipping. Embroidery coverage up to 100% is included at no extra charge, and nothing is added at checkout.
The single most useful thing to know when you are comparing patch quotes is that two prices often describe two different patches. A published price chart is usually quoted at the cheapest possible configuration, and the things most logos actually need are then added as percentage surcharges on top of it.
Ours is quoted the other way round. The per-patch price you see is for the finished patch, and these are already inside it:
Embroidery coverage, up to and including 100%, at no extra charge. There is no 50% / 75% / 100% tier to choose between. A half-embroidered patch leaves much of the fabric backing showing through, and most real logos need far more than that - so elsewhere the coverage a logo actually needs is a surcharge on the advertised price. Here a fully embroidered patch costs the same as a half-embroidered one: you pay for the design you made, not for how much of the patch it covers.
Your real shape. Patches with a merrowed border are limited to simple geometry - circles, ovals, squares. Anything shaped to your actual logo needs a die-cut edge. That is included, in whatever outline your design needs.
A real stitched sample. Before your full run begins we sew an actual patch on the production machines and email you photographs of it to approve. Not a digital render, and not a charge - it is part of the order. It is the step that catches a colour or a size that reads differently in thread than it did on screen, while changing it still costs nothing.
The artwork itself. Design in the AI tool with unlimited free iterations, then our team digitizes it into a production file. Every design also goes through a free expert human review for stitchability - thread colours, fine detail at your chosen size, text legibility at production scale. After you order, two rounds of revisions on the production artwork are included.
