Minor thread-count and texture differences are unavoidable between an old embroidered patch and a new one, but overall accuracy is consistently high.
Do you make PVC tactical patches?
Absolutely - PVC rubber patches are one of our most popular options for law enforcement because they're waterproof, hold fine detail like badge numbers and shield outlines without fraying, and attach cleanly to Velcro-equipped tactical gear. We offer subdued colorways (muted grey, black, and olive) for low-visibility operations, as well as full-color versions for dress uniforms and ceremonial use. Velcro hook backing is included standard on all PVC patches.
What's the minimum order for a department?
There is no minimum for embroidered patches - a small department or special unit can order as few as one patch, though pricing scales significantly with volume and most departments order 50 to 500 pieces at a time. PVC patches have a 100-piece minimum due to mold setup costs. We also work with departments on phased ordering, where an initial proof run of 25 to 50 pieces is produced and approved before the full batch is manufactured.
