Custom patches, priced in the open
Design yours free in about a minute, a patch specialist reviews it by hand, and we deliver anywhere in the world in about 10 business days. Every price and every minimum is on this page.
Six patch types, with what they actually cost
The entry price is one 3" patch at that type's real minimum — what a first order actually costs, not a volume figure. Both numbers come from the same table the checkout uses.
Embroidered
6 minimumThe classic stitched patch. Any embroidery coverage up to 100% is included — there is no coverage tier to upgrade to.
PVC 2D
10 minimumMoulded rubber, waterproof, and it does not fray. Sizes up to 4".
Woven
25 minimumFiner thread than embroidery, so small text and thin lines survive. Sizes up to 8".
Printed / Sublimated
25 minimumPhoto-quality print with unlimited colours — gradients and exact brand colours that thread cannot hold.
Chenille
50 minimumThe raised, fuzzy varsity letter, with a merrowed border included.
PVC 3D
10 minimumPVC with raised relief, so the design has real depth. Sizes up to 4".
What the price already includes
Nothing on this list is an upsell, and nothing is added at checkout.
How ordering works
Design it free, in about a minute
Describe the patch in plain words, or upload a sketch, logo or photo. You get a real design back in seconds and can iterate as much as you like. No account, no card, no quote form.
A patch specialist reviews it by hand
Before anything is made, a human checks the design for stitchability, colour accuracy, edge cleanliness and whether it will actually survive manufacturing at the size you chose. That review is free and it is not optional — it is how a design becomes a patch.
We make one and photograph it
Every order includes a pre-production sample: we make the real patch, photograph it and send you the shots. Nothing goes into the full run until you approve it. About 3 business days.
The run is made and delivered
About 5 business days to produce and 2 to ship, anywhere in the world, at no extra cost. Each extra sample round adds about 3 business days.
Only need one?
A single patch is a real product here, not a rounding error. We make one on the production machines and mail it to you for $60, postage included — and $30 of that comes back off a later run. Up to 6" on the longest side. Not available for PVC, because a PVC patch cannot exist until its mould is cut.
What one patch costs everywhere else →Questions buyers actually ask
What is the minimum order for custom patches?
It depends on the type, and the real numbers are 6 for embroidered, 10 for PVC, 25 for woven or printed and 50 for chenille. If you need exactly one, that is a different product — see the single-patch page below.
Are there setup or artwork fees?
No. Artwork is free, the expert review is free, and tooling is already inside the price you are quoted rather than added to it. The figure you see is the figure you pay.
How much do custom patches cost?
It ranges from $0.30 a patch at volume up to about $30 for a single small one. Every quantity tier for every type is priced on this page and in the calculator — there is no quote form between you and the number.
How long does it take?
About 10 business days to your door anywhere in the world: roughly 3 business days for the pre-production sample, 5 for production and 2 for shipping. That assumes you approve the first sample; each additional round adds about 3 business days.
Can I get just one patch?
Yes, as a standalone sample order — a real patch made on the production machines, not a render. It is $60 mailed to you with postage included, and $30 of that comes back off a later production run. Up to 6" on the longest side, and not available for PVC, because a PVC patch cannot exist until its mould is cut.
What backings can I have?
Iron-on, sew-on, Velcro-compatible hook-and-loop, and peel-and-stick. Iron-on is the default for garments; hook-and-loop is standard for tactical and uniform work where the patch has to come off.
Start with the design, decide about the order later
Designing costs nothing and needs no account. You will know exactly what your patch looks like, and exactly what it costs, before you decide anything.
