Design Your Bike Club Patch With AI
Custom embroidered patches for bike clubs, riding groups, and biker organizations in the Southwest and nationwide.
Motorcycle club patches carry a weight and tradition that goes far beyond decoration - the back patch on a leather vest is a statement of brotherhood, territory, and personal identity that the MC world takes with deep seriousness. The three-piece set of center patch, top rocker, and bottom rocker has been the defining visual language of American motorcycle clubs since the 1950s, and getting it right means understanding the precise proportions, bold graphic style, and vivid color saturation that make a vest back instantly readable at highway speed. Riding clubs and less formal groups also use patches to commemorate events, rallies, and annual rides, creating a collected visual history sewn across their vests over years of riding. The fabric of choice - thick leather or heavy canvas - demands sew-on construction and high thread density for patches that won't curl or peel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you make a 3-piece back patch set?
Yes - three-piece back patch sets are one of our most requested products, and our AI design tool is built to handle them. The center patch is typically a large main graphic between 10 and 12 inches wide, flanked by a top rocker (the club name arcing above) and a bottom rocker (the city or territory arcing below), each typically 4 to 5 inches wide. You can design all three pieces in the same session, ensuring the colors, fonts, and graphic style are consistent across the full set. We'll send you a proof showing all three pieces together before production begins.
What backing is best for leather?
Sew-on backing with no adhesive layer is by far the best option for leather vests and jackets. Iron-on adhesive is not compatible with leather since the heat required to activate the glue can damage or discolor the hide. Sew-on patches are stitched directly through the leather by a tailor or experienced sewist, which creates a permanent, secure bond that won't peel with age or temperature changes. For riding clubs that prefer to keep their patches removable, hook-and-loop Velcro backing is an option if the vest already has loop panels sewn in.
Do you make center patches, top rockers, and bottom rockers?
Yes, all three. Center patches are our largest format, up to 12 inches wide for a full back panel design, and can include highly detailed graphics, gradients, and multi-color artwork. Top and bottom rockers are crescent-shaped and designed to curve, which requires specific digitization to prevent distortion at the edges. We produce all three as separate pieces or as a coordinated set, and our design tool allows you to describe each piece independently so the final set reads as a unified visual statement across the back of a vest.
