If you are looking for somewhere to actually make patches, the question worth asking a supplier is not what they charge — it is who does the work and what you get to check before a run starts. Here is our answer to both, in plain terms.
Are you the factory, or a middleman?
Neither word fits cleanly, so here is the exact shape of it. We are the manufacturer of record. The design tool, the artwork and digitisation review, quality control, shipping and support are ours, and you deal with one company from the first sketch to the delivered box.
The stitching is run by a single embroidery factory we work with directly, in China, on our own purchase orders. We do not own the machines, and we will not pretend otherwise — plenty of sites that rank for this term do. What we also do not do is auction your job around a network of workshops and pass back whichever quote came in lowest that week. It is the same line, every order, which is the part that actually decides whether your second run looks like your first.
That arrangement is why the prices on this site are published rather than quoted. There is no margin to protect between you and a factory we are hiding.

You approve a real stitched patch before the run
The risk in any overseas patch order is the gap between the artwork you signed off and the thing that comes off the machine. Thread does not behave like pixels: fine text fills in, thin lines disappear, and a gradient that looked fine on screen becomes four flat blocks of colour.
So every production order includes a pre-production sample. We make one patch, photograph it, and you approve that photograph before the rest of the run is stitched. It is included in the price rather than sold as an extra.

Where are the patches made?

Yes, and it is the most useful thing a first-time buyer can do. Every production order includes a pre-production sample: we make the patch, photograph it, and you approve it before the rest of the run is stitched. What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the construction and start at 10 pieces. Embroidered and PVC start lowest; woven, printed and chenille sit higher because of how each one is set up. Every minimum is published per type — nothing is held back for a quote.
How long does production take?
About 10 business days from the moment you approve your artwork, and that includes free worldwide shipping. The clock starts at approval rather than at order, because the artwork stage is the part that depends on you.
Do you handle private label or wholesale runs?
Yes. Volume pricing continues down through the published tiers rather than stopping at a "call us" row, so you can read the per-patch cost at your quantity before speaking to anyone. For resale, white-label or recurring programmes, our partner and manufacturer programmes are a better fit than a one-off order.
