What counts as a "qualified lead"?+
A qualified lead meets all four criteria: (1) verified email (double opt-in, no disposable addresses), (2) not a bot (passes CAPTCHA plus behavioral check plus manual review), (3) not a duplicate of an existing customer in the past 90 days, and (4) attributable to your embed via your partner-id or your site's domain (no key required). Your partner dashboard shows every lead with its status (pending / qualified / rejected) and the reason for any rejection — full audit trail.
When and how do partners get paid?+

What format is the final design and what happens after I submit?+
The AI generates a high-resolution PNG. You submit it for expert review — our team checks it for production feasibility (thread count, text legibility, border clarity) and confirms it is ready to manufacture. You receive a production quote within 2 business hours, and the production team converts the PNG to embroidery-ready format (DST or similar) as part of the order. You do not need to provide or convert any files yourself.
Can I cancel or remove the embed anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no exclusivity, no exit fees. Remove the embed, stop using the link, and any already-qualified leads still pay out on the next cycle. You can also run other affiliate programs alongside ours.

Yes the actual patch will look same or very similar to your design. Any differences will likely be due to production feasibility of certain detail, or if there is imagery that is impossible to replicate with embroidery or PVC material and therefore may look a little bit different.

You do not have to choose the exact colors yourself. Our artists will match the colors in your design as closely as possible to our thread colors (we do not always guarantee an exact match). We match thread colors to Pantone references where possible. At the proof stage, we'll provide the specific thread color codes being used and their Pantone equivalents. For brand-critical programs, ordering a pre-production sample is the best way to confirm color accuracy before the full run.
