Either way, the same headaches kept turning up — slow back-and-forth on the artwork, long lead times, high minimums, and cost that piles up at every step.
His world isn't only patches. Oz has led an innovation lab, helped start-ups bring new technology to market, and shipped big, complicated projects inside large companies.
