Oz's family has been in the patch business since the 1970s. In the decades since, the company has manufactured millions of patches for law enforcement agencies, youth groups, clubs, and many other organizations.
Oz joined the business after leading strategic projects and innovation for multinational companies, and now leads it into a new chapter: an AI-driven transformation of how patches are designed and ordered. His industry experience also includes work with World Emblem and Hero's Pride, two of the best-known names in emblems and public-safety insignia.
As a YMCA dad in California, he also sees the process from the customer's side. Whether placing an order or filling one, the same obstacles come up: lengthy artwork revisions, long lead times, high minimums, and costs that add up at every step.
