How many design revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions during the AI design phase are free; post-proof revisions are also included until you are satisfied.
During the AI design phase - your conversation with Parker - revisions are unlimited and completely free. You can iterate, change direction, try multiple colorways, and test different layouts as many times as you want before submitting for review. This phase has no cost and no cap.
After you submit for expert review and receive your production proof, revisions are still included. We want you to love the final product, and that means we don't cut off the revision process just because a proof has been issued. Minor changes like text corrections, color adjustments, or sizing tweaks are handled at no charge.
Major redesigns after proof stage - for example, changing the core imagery from an eagle to a lion, or switching from a round patch to a shaped die-cut - may require a new design cycle. In those cases Parker is available to restart the process from your updated vision with no additional fee.
The practical limit is your own patience. Most customers settle on a design in 1–3 iteration rounds with Parker and require only minor proof adjustments, if any. The customers who go through the most rounds are usually those who are exploring a concept they haven't fully decided on yet - and Parker's speed makes that exploration painless.
Our philosophy is that you should never feel rushed into approving something you're not happy with. A patch order is typically not a large financial commitment, but it is a meaningful one - a uniform patch, a team logo, a memorial piece. Getting it right matters, and the revision process is designed to support that.
