How many design revisions are included?

You can iterate, change direction, try multiple colorways, and test different layouts as many times as you want before submitting for review. This phase has no cost and no cap, because the AI does the drawing.

After you order, the process changes shape. Your design goes to a human artist who redraws it into production-ready artwork: line weights adjusted so the stitches hold, colors mapped to real thread, detail simplified where embroidery cannot resolve it. That artwork is included at no charge, and so are two rounds of revisions on it - text corrections, color adjustments, sizing, layout. Two rounds is what almost every order needs, and the reason it is two rather than unlimited is simply that each round is hands-on time from a person rather than a model.

If you change to a completely different design at that stage - swapping the core imagery from an eagle to a lion, or moving from a round patch to a shaped die-cut - the artwork is drawn from scratch, and that is billed as new artwork at $30. Adjustments to the design you already have are not.

The practical advice that follows from this: settle your concept in the AI tool, where exploring costs nothing and takes seconds. Most customers land on a design in 1–3 iteration rounds with Parker and then need only minor proof adjustments, if any.

None of this means being rushed into approving something you are not happy with. If two rounds have not got you there, tell us anyway - we would rather talk it through with you than have you approve a patch you do not love.
