PVC / Rubber Patches

PVC rubber patches in flat 2D or raised 3D designs. Waterproof, durable, and bold. Perfect for tactical gear, outdoor use, and modern style.

Woven Patches

Woven patches have a finer thread count than embroidered, allowing for more detailed designs, smaller text, and a flatter profile.

Chenille Patches

Chenille patches use thick, fluffy yarn for a dimensional, textured look - the classic varsity jacket patch style.

Printed/Sublimated + Embroidery Patches

Dye-sublimation printed patches with unlimited colors, photographic detail, and smooth gradients embroidery cannot reproduce. Perfect for logos with brand gradients, photo-realistic artwork, intricate illustrations, and any design with more than 20 colors.

Debossed, Laser-Engraved, or Printed on Genuine Leather

Leather Patches

Custom leather patches and leather hat patches in genuine leather, with PU leather on request. Debossed, laser-engraved, filled with up to 3 colors, or printed on the leather, with a stitched or burnished edge.

Which Type Should I Pick?

If: You want the classic patch look with thread texture

The default for uniforms, scouting, and team patches. Most universally recognized.

Pick Embroidered

If: Your design has gradients, photos, or more than 20 colors

Embroidery includes up to 20 colors and can't do gradients. Sublimation is unlimited colors and photo-quality.

Pick Printed/Sublimated + Embroidery

If: You need waterproof, weather-resistant patches for outdoor / tactical use

Embroidery thread fades and frays outdoors. PVC rubber survives anything.

Pick PVC

If: You have small text or fine detail that embroidery would smudge

Higher thread count than embroidery - preserves typography and thin lines at small sizes.

Pick Woven

If: You're making varsity letters or letterman jackets

Iconic plush varsity texture. Nothing else looks right on a letterman jacket.
