What counts as a qualified lead?
We pay on quality, not noise. A qualified lead is ALL of the following:

How is this free for us?
There's no embed fee and no SaaS subscription. We earn on the downstream patch sale, and we share that margin with you - either 10% of every order with a $50 minimum per order, or a flat $5 per qualified lead. You never pay us anything.
Can we customize the embed to match our brand?
Yes. At approval we set your logo as the AI avatar, your primary and accent colors skin the whole UI, and we tune the tone of Parker (our AI) to match your community. Visitors experience it as your tool, not a third-party widget.
Who handles manufacturing, shipping, and customer service?
PatchDesign.AI handles the full fulfillment stack - expert artwork review, proofing, production, worldwide shipping, and customer service. You never touch an order. Your only job is hosting the embed and pointing your community to it.
When and how do we get paid?
Monthly, on the 1st, for the prior month. Choose ACH (US), paper check, or PayPal. You pick the model: revenue share (10% of every order, $50 minimum per order) or the flat lead fee ($5 per qualified lead) - and you can switch any time. To manage fraud risk, volume above 10 leads/month advances through tiered verification (Community: 11–50 leads/mo, Regional: 51–100 leads/mo, High-Volume: 100+ by invitation and written addendum) and all payouts are at PatchDesign's sole discretion. Payouts require a W-9, 30-day lead clearance, and $50 minimum balance. See Section 4 of the Partner Terms for the full tier, cap, and discretion policy.
What if a lead converts but they don't end up buying?
You're still paid. A qualified lead (verified email, not a bot, not a duplicate, attributed to your embed) earns the full $5. Conversion is our problem.
How do we track performance?
Your partner dashboard shows every lead - status (pending / qualified / rejected), reason for any rejection, and total earned - updated in real time. Monthly statements download as CSV.
What happens to the data collected through our embed?
Leads flow into our order fulfillment pipeline. We never resell data, never spam, and never market to your audience as us. Customers can opt in to communications from your organization separately.
What if my traffic is too small?
No minimums - we pay $5 on lead #1. High-volume partners (100+ qualified leads/month) advance by invitation and a countersigned addendum; see Section 4 of the Partner Terms for tier gating and caps.
Is there an exclusivity clause or lock-in?
No. You can run other affiliate programs simultaneously, and you can remove the embed at any time with zero penalty. Already-qualified leads still pay out on the next cycle.

Marketing figures are illustrative only and are not a promise of future earnings. Self-generated leads, incentivized submissions, bot traffic, unapproved domains, or misrepresenting your audience will forfeit pending payouts, trigger clawback of prior payouts, and result in immediate key revocation.
