Where do the leads go — who owns the sale?
Leads go directly to the email address you configure at setup — a shared sales inbox, a CRM forwarder, or straight into Zapier. We never touch the sale. Your pricing, your close, your margin, your customer. PatchDesign.AI is pure software; we don't compete with you on fulfillment.
How fast can I go live?

Can I white-label the designer completely?
Yes. Your logo appears as the AI avatar, your primary and accent colors skin the entire UI, and the embed lives on your domain. The only PatchDesign.AI reference is a small "Powered by" footer — removable on the Scale plan.
Can my customers upload their own logo or sketch?
Yes. The designer accepts image uploads (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) and incorporates them into the generated patch. Ideal for team patches, company logos, and customer rework rounds.
How accurate is the quote information visitors submit?
The designer collects size, shape, backing, material, and quantity — every spec your pricing model needs. Visitors see an estimated range based on your pricing profile, then submit the lead for your team to finalize the formal quote.
What about artwork quality for production?
The AI generates concept artwork that is production-ready for most orders (bold, graphic patches in particular). Your production team — or ours, as an optional add-on on Pro/Scale — handles edge-case cleanup. Customers always see a final proof before production begins.
Who owns the design IP and the customer data?
The end customer owns the design they generate. You own the lead, the order, the customer relationship, and all data collected through your embed. We do not resell lead data, market to your customers, or retain commercial rights to artwork generated on your site.
How does this compare to building our own?
