What counts as a "qualified lead"?+
A qualified lead meets all four criteria: (1) verified email (double opt-in, no disposable addresses), (2) not a bot (passes CAPTCHA plus behavioral check plus manual review), (3) not a duplicate of an existing customer in the past 90 days, and (4) attributable to your embed via your partner-id or your site's domain (no key required). Your partner dashboard shows every lead with its status (pending / qualified / rejected) and the reason for any rejection - full audit trail.
When and how do partners get paid?+

What format is the final design and what happens after I submit?+
The AI generates a high-resolution PNG. You submit it for expert review - our team checks it for production feasibility (thread count, text legibility, border clarity) and confirms it is ready to manufacture. The price shown is your price, the same rate we charge, not a starting figure. No quote is needed unless you choose a backing or border with no set price. Then we confirm that price within 2 business hours. The production team converts the PNG to embroidery-ready format (DST or similar) as part of the order. You do not need to provide or convert any files yourself.
Can I cancel or remove the embed anytime?+

We produce embroidered patches, PVC/rubber patches, woven patches, chenille patches, and iron-on patches. Embroidered and PVC are our most popular types and are supported by our AI design tool.
Embroidered patches use colored thread stitched onto fabric for a classic, textured look. PVC patches are molded silicone rubber with vivid color fills and excellent weather resistance. Embroidered suits uniforms and traditional applications; PVC is preferred for tactical, outdoor, and morale patch use.
Woven patches are made on a specialized loom that weaves colored threads directly into the design - no raised embroidery. The result is a flatter, finer patch that can reproduce small text and intricate detail better than standard embroidery. They're popular for name tapes, labels, and fine-detail insignia. The one limit to plan around is color: a woven patch can carry a maximum of 7 colors, because the loom holds a fixed set of colored threads. That is a physical ceiling, not a price tier - there is no extra-color upgrade. Designs with more than 7 colors go to embroidered, or to printed if they need gradients.
Chenille patches use a fuzzy, raised pile thread that creates a soft, tactile texture. They're the classic material for varsity letter jackets and athletic patches, providing a bold, dimensional look. Chenille works best for simple designs with large, solid color areas.
Available backings include: sew-on (plain, no adhesive), iron-on (heat-activated adhesive), Velcro hook (you supply loop panels for garments), peel-and-stick adhesive, and magnetic. Sew-on is the most durable for uniform patches; Velcro is best for swappable tactical or gear applications.
The most common border is a merrowed edge - a colored thread border that wraps the perimeter of the patch, giving it a finished look. Hot-cut borders follow a custom shape without the raised merrow edge. Die-cut borders follow an irregular shape cut to your design outline.
Yes. Die-cut patches follow a custom outline instead of a standard shape. A first-order die fee applies for the cutting shape, but reorders use the same die at no additional charge. Die-cut patches look more distinctive and premium than standard borders.
Both embroidered and PVC patches are highly durable. Embroidered patches sewn onto garments will outlast the garment itself under normal use. PVC patches are waterproof, UV-resistant, and resistant to cracking or fading. Both are designed for long-term, everyday wear.
Yes. We use colorfast embroidery threads from leading brands (Madeira, Robison-Anton) that are designed to resist fading through repeated washing and UV exposure. Colors may shift slightly over years of heavy use and sun exposure, as with any textile, but colorfastness is excellent under normal conditions.
We match thread colors to Pantone references where possible. At the proof stage, we'll provide the specific thread color codes being used and their Pantone equivalents. For brand-critical programs, ordering a pre-production sample is the best way to confirm color accuracy before the full run.
No. You can describe your idea in plain English to Parker our AI, and it will generate a design for you. If you have existing artwork, you can upload it and we'll use it - but uploading a file is entirely optional.
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, and SVG. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred because they scale without quality loss. High-resolution raster files (300 DPI or higher) also work well. We'll flag any file quality issues during the expert review.
It depends on the patch type. Embroidered patches include up to 20 thread colors, with no per-color charge - most suppliers include around 10 and charge for each extra. Woven is the one type with a hard ceiling: 7 colors maximum - the loom carries a fixed set of colored threads, so an 8th cannot be woven at any price. PVC takes up to 12 colors, and chenille 3 color layers, with extra layers available. Printed/sublimated is unlimited and is the only type that reproduces gradients. Yes. Our factory is in China and closes for Chinese public holidays, the longest being Chinese New Year (late January or February) and the National Day holiday (Oct 1-7). Closure days don't count as working days, so an order that overlaps one ships later by the number of working days it loses. Your order page shows the adjusted dates, with a note naming the holiday that moved them, and your payment confirmation email says the same.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size and destination. Tracking is provided for all orders, and shipping is free.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Address changes are possible before the order ships. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot reroute it and you would need to coordinate with the carrier directly.
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We stand behind our production quality and will either remake any defective patches or provide a refund, depending on the situation. We handle all legitimate quality issues at no cost to you.
Shipping is free on every order, so there is nothing extra to discount - the price you are quoted already includes delivery. For very large or freight-sized orders, we coordinate the logistics at no added shipping cost to you.
