Do you offer rush production for custom patches?
Yes - rush production delivers in 5–7 business days versus the standard 10–14, with a fee that varies by order size. Rush capacity is limited per production week, so booking early is recommended especially during peak seasons like April through June and October through November. Contact us before designing if your deadline is under 5 business days.
Rush production is available on most embroidered and PVC patch orders. Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after proof approval; rush turnaround compresses that to 5–7 business days. The rush fee varies by order size but typically ranges from $25–75 for small orders and scales with volume.
To request rush production, mention it when you submit your design for a quote. Our team will confirm availability and the specific rush fee for your order. Rush capacity is limited - we reserve a number of slots per production week, and once they're filled we can't accommodate additional rush orders for that window.
Peak seasons where rush slots fill fastest are April through June (summer camp, scouting, and graduation orders), August through September (back-to-school and fall sports), and October through early November (holiday merchandise). If you need patches for one of these windows, booking your rush slot 2–3 weeks before your deadline is strongly recommended.
If your deadline is under 5 business days, contact us directly before designing. Truly expedited orders - needed within 48–72 hours - require a separate conversation about feasibility and cost. These are handled case by case and depend on current production load.
For time-sensitive orders, the fastest path is always to have your design finalized before contacting us. Using Parker to nail the design before you request your quote means we can begin production-prep work immediately after proof approval rather than waiting on design revisions.
