Can you match our exact Pantone brand colors?

Yes - we work to Pantone Matching System (PMS) references for all corporate orders. When you place your order, simply provide the PMS numbers from your brand guidelines and our production team will select the closest available embroidery thread or PVC pigment to match. Thread color matching is inherently an approximation due to the physical nature of yarn, but we maintain a library of over 1,000 thread colors and will identify the closest match and show it to you in the digital proof before proceeding. If your brand uses a very specific custom color, we can discuss dye-to-match options for large orders.

Do you have pricing for 1000+ pieces?

Yes - for orders of 1,000 pieces or more, please request a custom enterprise quote through our order form and we'll have pricing back to you within two hours. At that volume, per-piece costs drop significantly, and we can also discuss dedicated production runs, staggered delivery across multiple locations, and account management support for ongoing reorders. Many of our corporate clients set up annual patch programs where we hold their design on file and they reorder as needed throughout the year.

Can we use our existing logo file?

Yes - if you have an existing vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-resolution PNG of your logo, you can upload it directly to our order form and our digitization team will convert it to an embroidery-ready format. This is often faster than using the AI design tool for established brands because the logo already exists and just needs to be translated into thread paths. If your logo file is low resolution or complex in ways that don't translate well to embroidery, our expert reviewer will advise on necessary simplifications before production begins.
