Política de Cookies

Aviso: El texto legalmente vinculante de esta política está en inglés. La versión en español se proporciona solo para conveniencia. En caso de discrepancia, prevalece la versión en inglés.

1. What this page covers

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies on patchdesign.ai. It is part of our Privacy Policy. Kinor LLC operates the site. Our address is PO Box 67, Agoura Hills, CA 91376. Questions: [email protected].

A partner or manufacturer that embeds our designer on its own website is responsible for the cookies on that website. The embed still sends design requests to our servers, which our Privacy Policy covers.

2. Cookies we need to run the site

Sign-in. If you create an account, Clerk sets cookies so you stay signed in.

Opt-out. If you opt out of sale and sharing, or if your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we store pd_ads_opt_out on this browser for one year. That cookie is how later visits and checkout know not to send advertising events. It is not an advertising cookie.

Checkout. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process the payment and remember the shipping address you enter there.

3. Analytics

These measure how the site is used so we can operate and fix it. They keep running if you opt out of sale and sharing. They load only on patchdesign.ai, not on a local or preview copy of the site.

Google Analytics 4 (measurement id G-9BDPC5SD2D). Page views and events such as a design being generated. The tag is gtag.js from googletagmanager.com. We do not load a Google Ads conversion tag (no AW- id) in the site code.

Microsoft Clarity (project vzz8g6s219). Session replay and heatmaps, from clarity.ms. It does not record the staff admin area.

ContentSquare (tag 0102d30800ab3). Session replay and heatmaps, from t.contentsquare.net. It does not record the staff admin area.

You can block these in your browser or with a common content blocker. Some pages are harder to use if you block every cookie, because sign-in uses cookies too.

4. Advertising and affiliate measurement

Meta Pixel, dataset 1878539086157961, loaded from connect.facebook.net. On an ordinary visit it sends page views and, through our own code, events such as viewing a design and starting checkout. We also send a matching server event (the Conversions API) so Meta still sees the event if a blocker stops the pixel. When a payment clears, our server sends Meta a Purchase event. Identifiers can include a cookie Meta sets (_fbp), a click id from an ad link (_fbc / fbclid), the IP address, the browser type, and a hashed email or phone when we have one.

We do not load a TikTok pixel, a Pinterest tag, a LinkedIn Insight tag, a Microsoft Ads tag, or a Google Ads conversion tag. If you arrive from one of those ads, the link's click id (gclid, ttclid, msclkid, li_fat_id, and similar) is stored in a first-party cookie named pd_utm for 90 days so we can attribute the order. We do not send that id back to those networks from this site.

Endorsely (assets.endorsely.com) records a referral when you arrive through an affiliate link, so we can pay a commission. It does not load when advertising is opted out.

Trustpilot's widget shows public reviews. After a quote, we may ask Trustpilot to email a review invitation. That is not an advertising pixel.

5. How to opt out of sale and sharing

Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information on our Privacy Policy. That page has a button which saves the opt-out on this browser.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as the same opt-out. We do not start the Meta pixel, we do not send advertising events from the browser, and we do not send the server-side ad events (including Purchase) for that visit. The opt-out is stored on the order at checkout, so it still applies when the payment is confirmed later from our server.

Google Analytics, Clarity, and ContentSquare keep running. They are how we see whether the site is working. Checkout, design chat, and order email are not affected.

You can also block cookies in the browser. Blocking every cookie can sign you out and can hide the fact that you opted out, because the opt-out itself is stored in a cookie and in local storage.

6. Changes

We update this page when the tags change. The date at the top is the date of the latest change.
